Steffan is the Founder and Managing Director of Octagon Content and is responsible for driving the commercial operations and strategic development of the company.

Prior to establishing Octagon Content, Steffan worked in the music industry, starting his career in the recording and production industry in Los Angeles where he gained valuable media and business experience. He later returned to Wales in 2010 to establish a music production company and commercial recording facility.

Steffan is actively involved in both the business and creative side of Octagon Content, helping the company to realise it’s goals and growth ambitions across all media platforms.

Ffion has worked for Swansea based production company Telesgop since 2014. Starting with the company as an editor, working on the weekly magazine series “Ffermio” and the climate change documentary series “Her yr Hinsawdd” for S4C, she edited “Climate Challenge” for Sky Vision and has edited both inserts and complete programmes of coverage of various events for S4C, “The Royal Welsh Show” for BBC Wales and BBC FOUR. Ffion also works as a radio producer and has made programmes for BBC Radio Cymru, BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio 2.

Her radio work has included a documentary with the original cast and creative team of the 1981 Cats, the musical -“First Cast” and an exclusive interview with Sir Tom Jones, recorded during lockdown, celebrating his 80th birthday for BBC Radio 2; a documentary programme on the moon landing for BBC Radio Wales – “The Moon and Us”; two series of “Emyn Roc a Rôl” which invited well known Welsh rock musicians to produce contemporary versions of well-known hymns for BBC Radio Cymru and a Christmas special of the same format, “O! Carol Roc a Rôl”.

In 2019 Ffion became a director of Telesgop. She also represents Telesgop on the board of Octagon Content after the company joined in 2020.
